T.R.A.F.F.I.C.'s Formula for Domain Auctions!

In 2011, T.R.A.F.F.I.C. changed the way domain auctions are done. The reason is that to keep growing this great industry in an atmosphere of transparency. Those who have attended T.R.A.F.F.I.C. know this show has always been a game changer for those attending and for the domain industry as a whole.

 

Every auction should be a contest. That is why it does not matter if there are 5 names, 10 names or 100 names in an action. The only thing that counts is there are interested parties, ready to bid and prepared to win. The days of 200 domains, crammed in an auction to put everyone asleep, are over. Those that continue to put the audience to sleep will not survive, and they will look foolish, from this point on.

 

The auction formula that was created for 2011 will be applied to 2012, at this point. Though we are always open to making changes, when it is prudent to do so. Meanwhile, take a look at the formula chart from 2011 to get a reference of how things will take shape for 2012.
